At Makandal creation, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at makandalcreation@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Once received and inspected, we will:
Send your exchange (if requested and in stock), or
Process your refund to the original method of payment.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

📬 1. Shipment Methods & Carriers
We ship orders via standard ground carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS, or local courier depending on destination).
For international orders, we may use DHL Express, FedEx International, or similar couriers to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email (or via your Wix account) so you can follow your package.

We take care to package your items safely and professionally:
Each garment (hat, scarf, beanie, tie, etc.) is folded or prepared properly.
Items are placed in a poly mailer bag or protective sleeve (depending on material), then inserted in a sturdy cardboard mailer box or shipping envelope to prevent damage or creasing.
For scarves and accessories — especially fragile or silk-compounds — we may use tissue paper + protective wrapping.
All packages are sealed and labeled clearly, with the shipping label on the exterior.
If your order includes multiple items, they are typically grouped together in one package — unless shipping restrictions or size require separate shipments.
